The Roanoke Art Community comprises of eight buildings with four floors each- each floor serving a different purpose than the other. The first floors in each building of the Roanoke Art Community feature commercial spaces which can be accessed by both the residents and the general public. The studio workspace for the residents constitutes the second floors in each of the buildings, which is followed by apartments on the third and the fourth floors. The Roanoke Art Community features both one and two bedroom options for the residents.
