The inclusion of colored glass into the design was a crucial decision taken in order to open up the space and make it seem welcoming and accommodating to the visitors. The instructional spaces have been enclosed with brighter colored glass elements like yellow to allow for sunlight to flow into the space and create a spatial realm which fosters a luminous quality, while the ancillary spaces like the storage rooms have been enclosed with darker colored glass elements like blue.
